I have a heap of BNR but wont be committing any more funds via the SPP or market until start up financing is secured.
Given the relatively modest capital raising, this could suggest management remain confident of securing finance without the need to tap holders on the shoulders in a few months time.
Of course any news on drilling or financing by Nov 16 that re rates the SP would alter my thinking.
