I will clarify a little further hunnini (as I think that we are actually in agreement....perhaps?). The shootout is quite straight forward really. However, if they do not put the funds into our account tomorrow then SRK may aim to take over AF. Two problems here:

1. Will D&C (the one that made the high offer) just go away - I wouldn't. I will at least test it legally, and
2. What about the other two companies offer? Then I would imagine that they get their chance to put their bid into SRK's bank account?

The shoout is quite straight forward but i expect a few things to potentially get tested legally. But they should not be overly complicated and Peru has a very good legal system (and fair apparently), so it should not drag on too long.
