I kept emailing the administrators about the issue of crystalising capital loses. I think they got sick of it so posted an announcement a couple of months ago to the ASX claiming they would declare the shares worthless sometime this financial years. Don't hold your breath though - these guys are incentivised by their fees to make this drag out as long as possible.
