re: Ann: Change of interests of substantial h... if SOL canceled the offer of 26.5 and accepted the 30% which they have at 19c , then the sp would fall well below 19c in any case, so why not take the 19c on offer.
Since they now have 80% it is likely they will have the required 90% soon anyway - 5 mil traded today would be another 1.5% in the bag.
