By the way, I am still pressing ASIC and will let you know if I get anything worthwhile back from them (I am not holding my breath).

One of the responses I had from the person I was speaking to at ASIC said why don't you raise the issues at the AGM!

My response was that I do not trust their responses which is why I have contacted you (ASIC)!

It really makes you wonder why they will not talk to concerned shareholders.

I wish there were more shareholders who would take an interest in the issues that have been raised and support us in pressing the board for some answers.

If they do come up with the goods in the end (that we all hope they will) it does not let them off the hook for the issues that have been raised and that we need to have answers on!
