Strange to see PRY reducing their holding in a very aggressive manner on only one day. Their average selling price was over 8% below the previous days close, and lower than any sales in the previous few weeks. Volumes have reduced since then, so it appears they have not been selling before or after that day.
There seems to have been alot of aggressive selling recently, with single large sell orders pushing the price down several cents.
Could PRY be pushing the price down for a takeover?
Could they be putting pressure on directors by showing what they can do by selling their holdings on market?
