    If there is a legitimate excuse for why the CEO and Chairman is not attending the AGM (nor is any other Director)then this should be shared with "share"holders...if not, they are bunch of limp richard bottom fornicators of the greatest degree. Worse case scenario you set up a Video Teleconference - its the year 2012 after all.
