First ATV recently purchased 40% of Cochrane Hill for $1.6 mill. Using this price CH can be valued at $4million, I feel that it is worth more than this to atv mainly due to the proximity of Touquoy also recent movements in POG will have likely increased its value. However you say a conservative estimate is $35 million....... I have trouble increasing the recent sale value by a factor of almost 10x.
