re: Ann: Change in substantial holding in EXS... As of yesterday, in their relase, it appears that they havn't gained that much traction in receiving acceptances into the Acceptance facility.
It appears that the direct facility holds in total 20.17% represented by what SOL holds direct which is 19.3%, and what was accepted prior to the acceptance facility being set up which is represented by another 0.87%, while the acceptance facility holds 37.85% in total.
If we are to add all of those figures together, we would realise that the total percentage amounts to 58.02%.
IMHO, it is going to be a very long and slow road to tipperary before we will know as to whether or not SOL will make the offer unconditional, or they will increase the offer to make it more attractive to the remaining stubborn shareholders. Especially when, if we are to consider that they only gained 0.27 of 1% in a day, or approx. 990,000 shares.
Me, personally, I would prefer the latter of the two.
Then again, it would depend on what the instos, or whoever is buying at the 26 cents per share, will do with their holdings when the time will come. DYOR.
Good luck all and, time will tell.
