Just reading the agreement,

Clause 3.6 (b) (1) If there is no Discovery. Pg 16.

my take is that they must drill an exploration by 31/10/2012. There seems to be no depth within this clause as there was with Backreef 1. My view by the fact that they are drilling now before the date fulfills the agreement.

DYOR no legal advise given, agreement is available for reading PGR, DMP. Make up your own mind.

Also looks like Native title vision have updated a ILUA over most parts of Derby block and it is now listed as Directions Set - Awaiting Compliance.

Also R3 had a Transfer Dealing # 14/12-3 listed against it recently but was pulled and listed as an administrative error. (19-9-12) Lodged by Allen & Overy. May be nothing?????
