AC88 says: "do you think thats the alternative proposal that they talk about?"

Good point! It's not an "alternative" offer at all, is it? Given that the trading halt announcement used that term - "alternative" - you'd think the halt is about just that, a different offer. This is merely an increaded price for the original offer, with some minor changes to the conditions. Sounds as though the alternative offer is stil to come.
