Kosener: The intentions are clearly stated in the ASX announcement. Luye Pharma Group are obviously interested and support Nusep Holdings to the extent that the announcement reflects that Luye Pharma Group want to take a 20% stake in PrIME Biologics. The key terms - as stated in a previous announcement - clearly states that this needs to be in cash and on equivalent basis to their recently acquired 10% interest. IE - $4.6 million AUDs for a 10% stake. There is no need to read between the lines on this one. JM and AG are making things happen. Luye Pharma Group want a part of this action.
