The only entities to have put a S$1 value on the shares of PrIME are Luye and NuSep!
No one else sees that valuation at this stage.
For all we know Luye may have only paid S$0.30 per share equivalent for the 'facilities'!
There are still far too many unknowns here for shareholders to warrant the valuation for the facility.
Further analysis is required and further positive activities are required to start to garner some interest.
