woody, there's a couple of things to take into account, i reckon:

    1. It is widely thought that TEN will have to raise capital. I have made links to the AFR for these articles. I also made a link today to an article that had TEN saying they do not need to raise capital- even without the sale of EYE Corp. So, another more recent article in the AFR today has said they WILL need to raise capital, even WITH the sale of Eye Corp. You gotta judge these and see what you think. All articles should be in tomorrow's hard copy AFR- and there's a bunch of them.

    2. Sale of Eyecorp. A recent AFR article says that the sale is likely- but at a lower price- because CHAMP needs to buy it as much as TEN needs to sell it. On rumour of an imminent sale of EYE Corp recently, the share price rose from about 35c to about 42c- so a 20% rise. If there is a sale, the share price *could* rise again for TEN, albeit at a reduced amount, given the sale price might be less. Or it might not rise at all. :)

    3. Pundits (in AFR articles) have been saying that a choice could be made to raise capital (although others say that is not a choice, but a necessity), or that a privatisation could occur.

Who knows if it is a time to buy. The last raising was @ 51c, and everyone has gone down the gurgler on that investment. One would have to think TEN would it bottom soon, but I think the share price got out of it lightly today. That may be because TEN has been hitting new bottoms each day, and another one today, I believe. It could become a value proposition soon.
