Yes, good reason to just buy STK. However, have you seen how many STK shares are available? Not many. If TRF do decide to reward faithful shareholders with another in specie dividend, or even if they don't and the gold project is going very well, I could imagine the TRF price will be significantly higher than what it is today with more liquidity than STK.
