    I am pretty confident of saying that a company that is controlled by another with 75% can opt to delist, not bother to acquire the minority shares, just leave them stranded holding shares in an unlisted company "

    Hi Noellyn can you provide a link ? im pretty sure they cant delist until they get 90% ?
