a blue chip of the little chips

I'm amazed that this little sucker hasn't taken off. I'm also amazed that it has been largely ignored by the members of this board.
It is a quality company that makes money, pays dividends, has enormous growth potental and by all accounts excellent management.
I have a position and my sell target is around $2 given the current PE ratio and the companies ability to grow in the field.

WAKE UP YOU GUYS----sorry I got a little emotional. Anyway it is my opinion only.
Maybe the companies probablem is that it is the only one in it's field in Aus?
