1M, like you I have been debating a sell but the div plus franking credits (in SMSF trip pension stage) are very attractive longer term plus of course the undoubted ability of WS to steer a very positive course.
Thus I'll hold tight particularly with the interest rate outlook for the next year or two.

I do think there has possibly been a tip sheet or broker recommendation to stir up this recent interest, not that's a worry to us because I always love it when I can be lucky enough to get in before they wake up :-)
