I am saying "Who knows?"

From what I understand of Gohgate, Mr Goodall gave or sold the options to Mr Goh enabling him to vote at the 2011 AGM as a spoiler to getting more transparency. Where else could Mr Goh have gotten the options. If that is true, then is Mr Goodall in some conspiracy with Mr Goh? Then, months later, BOOM, there is Mr Goodall on the board. This just gets murkier and murkier.

Again, there is no transparency.

Page 2 of the Company Charter states that a member of the board "Is not a substantial shareholder of the company directly, indirectly or associated with a substantial shareholder of the company;" and yet Mr Goodall appears to be one.

There appears to be a violation of all principles of good corporate governance.

RB, these are my words, not the words you are trying to infer as said by me. And we still have no answers from our Chairman who shareholders have paid millions and millions of dollars to over the years and who appears accountable to no one.
