My only experience with takeovers besides DLS previous failure for ACN was with IPM in that case as far as I can remember the CEO rang his mate who was running a private oil company The mate then put in a higher bid and as Beach had made the tactical error of declaring their bid final they couldnt respond
So who does the CEO at Acn know
Any way its all speculation until the company responds hopefully monday
