WC, I admire your "glass half full" attitude but it is what it is, maybe not a lack of confidence but a lack of faith in the company certainly
if he had exercised both classes of options it would provided a great boost to the stock, but letting 6c options lapse is ridiciculous and sends a bad message to the market (not really a great time to do it either given the share price performance). It was a measely 30k to send the right message, for someone pulling a salary of $320k from the company that shouldnt be too hard. He doesnt even take part of his remuneration as shares/options, pretty shocking in itself for a small company that an exeutive director's remuneration is not at all tied to the performance of the company
can anyone recall any director buying stock on market either?
