Hw will Mr foss be out millions if options dont hit their trigger price ?

I understand that if the SP exceeds 105cts for 20 consecutive days , Mr Foss wiil thus be entitled to buy 7.9m shares at 70cts each..Current value of those options very little. Expiry date 30.11.16.

I note that on 18.4.12 , 2.5m unlisted options were exercised at 50 cts. to yield $ 1,250 000 cash.

I am happy for mge, to hold off sale till they get the deal that is best for shareholders includind themselves
