j 2 ..yes, I guess suspension is reversed by the suspension being lifted. point taken. But as others and you know, often, the suspension is the beginning of the process leading to full delisting.
In any event, a share not trading is effectively b delisted in my book.
It took a while for ETH to relist from its suspension, and they relisted with a different name some 20 times cheaper....
