This indicates one ongoing seller if you look at the trades ending in 113 & 887 to round off also the next sell order in line is for 222,063 shares!!! So he is still selling.

The good news from this is what you allude to, someone is prepared to accumulate.
The question is "WHO IS THE WINNER, THE BUYER OR THE SELLER"
