yeah their earnings multiple is low, but where are the new iron ore mines going to come from?? they make money building iron ore mines but no one is building any new ones. iron ore market looks to be well supplied from existing production capacity and expansions under construction. seems like their low multiple is a product of being in a rotten commodity (iron ore).
