Why does this provide you comfort?

Tony Wales is BRW top 200 wealthy. He has lent the business money, no doubt secured against the assets of the company which would in this market recover more than the current market cap with ease...so really he has no risk of not recovering his loan.

We are taking a greater risk by buying equity in the company than Tony Wales is by lending it cash.
