I believe it was the original Peruvian owners who were given 9 million shares they disappeared off the register and JP Morgan got an extra 9 million these where then dumped on the market crashing the price from 20 to 10c. These shares appear to have all been sold
not sure who is doing the selling now, but the stock is very tightly held a good resolution to the shoot out may have it shooting back up.
