Besides Mr Millner stealing our company, I suppose he steals our franking credits which are about 6.428 cents per share. I have seen it done before in other like takeovers when the board or the takeover company includes a special dividend to distribute these excess credits.
As Cuba Gooding once said "show us the money" as it is our money, not Millner's.
