There has been a huge short position in WEC many weeks before the Tabang project collapsed due to Bayan criminal business behaviour. I guess this position was opened by Bayans henchmen around Low Tuck Kwong. The short position has been closed a couple of hours after the trading halt was lifted in November and WEC SP collapsed along with KSC. Now Low Tuck Kwongs henchman a pretty long in WEC and we will get a out of court solution between WEC and Bayan likely in 2013. These gangsters earned their money twice with this stock. Mind the "Bayan-Complot" ! LoL.
