This is hardly "independent". It even states that NuSep paid for it.

BTW, this is not the first report by a broker paid for by us....

Back in November 2010, Stonebridge was going to FULLY UNDERWRITE (guarantee) the sale of 8.9m shares to fund PRIME,then known as Singapharm. Along with that was a report by Stonebridge stating that NuSep was worth 53c a share. That's right 53c, not 5.3c. From the AGM presentation (page 8), John had "Fully underwritten placement (Stonebridge Securities) of 8.9m shares to fund SingaPharm". Not a single share was actually sold through this, but rather, they came back to us shareholders for more money. Then a few months later BOOM, there's a couple of big fat bonus cheques to 2 board memebers.

I have never heard of Stonebridge and I've never heard of Alpha.

Now I guess you understand why many of us are cynics.

We'll see if Alpha can bring in some institutional buyers!
