The Europeans will love them - exotic, tropical and Australian. A culinary delight and oh so fashionable - even at a meaty price. The US is open slather. Myself - I don't like them too much - much prefer Coral Trout, whiting and Red Emporer but each to their own. The French will enjoy them too. Forget the Asian market unless it is 5 *****. Why not the UK market? Anything tropical, fresh and Australian would just go off in London. Who would have thought in 1980 that we would now be eating swordfish?
