Ord Minnett put out a company report on WDR in late June - available on WDR website. In their analysis they used a figure of $119/tonne for iron ore for 2013 and 2014. They also indicated that the valuation of $0.99 had a sensitivity to the iron ore price of $0.16 for a +/-10% change. Given the recent 20% fall in the iron ore price this would imply a current valuation of around 70c. It is surprising that the company has not made public the DFS for this project - presuming they have done one.
