    I totally agree with everything you said. IMO management could not care less if IVA sold to SOL. Even if SOL takeover succeed they would probably keep their positions and jobs as SOL is not an operator. That's why they were too soft with CopperCam when they failed to pay royalties even after 90 days extension. IMO they were sitting on the fence.
