Here is my intepretation (bear in mind that I was stopped out of my trade, not a long term investor):

1. Overall grade of 42 x 7.75g/t is good, the drills near it were pretty average but still mineable however there are two extensions which are still open and 1 extension pending results.

2. at 42m of mineralisation I doubt its going to just 'stop' at the borders of that hole especailly when 3 directions are yet to be unveiled.

3. 100k ounces (small) resource would give an EV per ounce of $6.6 which is tiny...

4. to get 100k ounce, at 42m @ 7.75g you wouldnt need much land to get there.

5. This isn't their only project
