The board will be honey badgers over the this 'non offer'. It is an offer for any IVA stock they can squeak past the asx regs. It is not a serious offer for the company. The board will reject it and if they have any brains won't even waste $5 on an independent valuation.

So many shareholders seem to be getting breathless about this pretend offer. Unless SOL come back and make materially higher the current pretend offer won't make any difference to control of the company.
