Paying a div and having the NTA per share rising 8% over the year to $0.38 gives the company some nice credability although EPS down slightly on last year
The small business loan pool more than doubling to $25M was a nice surprise , and at that rate of growth could be worth more tha 20% of their total loan pool by end of next finacial year.
I am happy to hold its almost like holding hybrid REIT units rather than a share.
