transforming the company

IDM has almost made the translation from explorer with good prospects, to sturdy little miner with a good resource. As such there needs to be a change in the way the company is presented to the market. We need to see a ramping up of the corporate image and a increasingly professional approach to communicating. To have a new generation of investors we need to present the company in the right light.
So once the current production issues are solved I would like to have the boss man come out with a plan, some vision of where the company is going to be.
