And surely no one would sell at new lows unless they felt they have been treated shabbily. At least the directors recoup their investment through their salaries and performance options. What do shareholders have? Promises, spin, ignored for the most part and then wooed only when there is a capital raising. Who wants to be part of such a set-up?
