SP now up 24% DESPITE no dividend being paid this year. Clearly mkt likes Mitchell's focus on longer-term maintance type contracts. But new CAPEX of 60m in FY13 is something that concerns me. Nevertheless, holders... who have long suffered with Boom must be mighty relieved!!! HOLD.
PS. Still time to buy small caps that can produce a similar shock to mkt. Look esp for those with low debt and growing ROE. If it pays f.franked div as well... then one has the full house. XRF is an example of a share i hold than i believe fills these criteria.
