Given we have heard nothing about these for 4 months I can only conclude they were all duds ... hence why the market has punished the stock.

Those results were due at the end of May, pending a back-log. Mentioning a class action was not emotive- just what can happen if a company breaches its continuous disclosure obligations- if indeed, AQD has done so. If not, it is moot. .

I used to hold share in AQD, and it is on a watch list of past shares. Unfortunately, there has been a large decline of the share price. Four months late results- that's pretty late. Many people would have bought in and expected these results. Maybe they should get a refund unless there's a 4 month back log.
