Increasing talk from Baycorp BCA about things in mind for their debt collection business. Could they have already built a small stake (<5%) in CLH?
Consolidation within the sector has been on the cards for quite a while. You would have to think that CLH's propects will start to be discussed in the media soon. In the meantime, someone keeps buying up. Punched through 1.70 this morning.
