    There are two options imO:

    1) Management has basically secured non dilutive financing (i.e. debt and forward sale, depending on reception of final approval). In that case, the current SP is irrelevant for longs, unless you got cash lying around to buy in.

    2) There will be a need for a CR.
    In this case, the only reasonable way forward is
    a) announcing + doing a buy back now for 2-3 million $.
    b) announcing YTC will suspend any drilling that is not relevant for phase 1 (HERA) to save the cash used for 1a).
    This would hurt shorty a lot and should get us back to at least 0,30, and then with the permit to the 0,40-0,50 range imO. Some CR at 0,40 would then be acceptable.

    Personally, as our management so far had been very professional and trying quite successfully not to dilute current shareholders, I am willing to bet some more money on szenario 1).
