re: vrlpa - drbones I would say it was an agreed transfer between two people since the prefs were sitting there at about $1.95 buy and $2.00 sell and then all of a sudden a 500,000 trade went through at $1.98 without the 500,000 buy or sell quote sitting in the market waiting for a counterparty so I'd be almost 100% sure that both sides of the trade knew it was coming before it was placed on the market.
