Think it is about time this thread was retired. The Chinese/SFECO are hand in glove with the Eritreans and it is not in either parties interest for the deal to fall through.
Most likely the delays are down to bureaucracy with a very slim outside chance of the Chinese trying to get a even better deal, maybe.
The Chinese are going to go through with the deal though and Chalice have no choice but to go along as well.
