Qube has a good future, but thee will be ups and downs. There are a number of downs at the moment, main one being the Fed Gov's bloody minded announcement that they would set up an intermodal terminal at Moorebank to deal with freight from Port Botany. This would be in direct competition with Qube. Word is that there is only room for one such facility, so why would someone want to start a new one when Qube's is so far advanced? They must hate Corrigan's guts (can't think why). Bet it never comes about, but it puts a damper on Qube's plans.

Also, at these prices (div yield just 2.6%)they need to keep the growth going and it is not clear where this is in the short term. So prices are drifting down. Declaration: I sold some recently around $1.50. I'm prepared to buy again in high $1.20s, as I think it will drift that low. But I could be wrong.
