I have been down the path similar to yourself in the past and the response you will get is along the lines of....."the ASX has reviewed your submission and we are not in a position to progress your complaint as the ASX are only authorised in matters related to listing rules. If you wish to pursue the matter further you are advised to raise this with ASIC......."
