The assets increased because of a book value described as a 'gain on bargain purchase' which I believe was at the time BioInquire!
The directors said great let's have a bonus because we made a profit from the revaluation and some government R&D money which - if they hadn't had those figures there would have ben a loss.
The following year there were asset impairments of $6,055,873, blowing out of the water the previous 'operating net profit'.
I want this company to achieve but we also need some responsibility from the directors.
