In the realities of the current climate, I think any finance is probably good finance.

Not long ago I would have laughed at 20% interest for a facility with 3 years deferred interest etc, now it is more like reality.

The economics of this project mean I would far prefer 20% interest than more equity or worse still no funding whatsoever..

I might run some numbers to see how higher return we can concievably provide potential debt holders when I get a chance.
