"Your post is emotional and ignoring a 50% decline in the Gold Index, a 50% decline in sector leader NCM and the fact that many gold companies are trading at lower prices than when gold passed US$1000 early in 2008. "
Why compare to the average and choose a low benchmark? Isn't Integra meant to be better than "many" gold companies? If you just wanted to invest in gold, why choose Integra? Your statement would be fine if you were only expecting them to be average.
Your selection of NCM may be a better comparison. They've had a substantial fall in price, though still not as much as IGR's - after admitting to a 12% fall in gold production, and a 10% fall in copper production in the past quarter. Plus a rising cash cost.
IGR has similarly disappointed and not met expectations of its management. Hence both share prices have been hit. As Kingfish said, they should be doing a lot better.
