What do you think about the following statements from Pineo,

"The crux of the Higgins’ argument will be that the expropriation process did not allow due time for the landowners to try and stop the orders, nor does Minister of Natural Resources Charlie Parker have the authority to expropriate the land the way he did. "

Surely this Pineo guy isnt stupid...... He must be trying to fight using more than just rubber bands and flowers....
